You can really tell that Flowey is very happy and excited here. He clearly likes Papyrus for reasons he shouldn't. he is also disconcertingly hUGE GOOD GRIEF (like, I think his main flower does grow huge when he lets himself grow out of the ground like that, but it's still kindof freaky to see).
